About Me
I have over a decade of leadership experience in high-growth technology companies, helping teams and organizations navigate change, scale quickly, and deliver meaningful impact.My career has spanned hands-on engineering leadership, organizational design, and business strategy. I’ve led large, cross-functional initiatives, built high-performance teams, and guided organizations through multiple stages of growth and transformation. Most recently, I served as an Engineering Director at Instacart, where I led 50+ engineers in growth and shopping that helped the company drive double-digit growth in challenging market conditions. Before that, I was at LinkedIn, helping build a B2B product from the ground up into a billion-dollar business.Over the course of my career, I was promoted five times in ten years —while raising two children and navigating the added complexity of being a woman and minority leader in a male-dominated industry. Along the way, I learned firsthand what it takes to balance ambition with wellbeing, lead through uncertainty, and grow without burning out.Those experiences shaped the way I coach today.
